| PSS under the leadership of Absolom ben Adamah would ask the senate to change the following law. The PSS would like to ban contraceptives completely, but appreciates the senate is not yet ready for this. We wish to stop the supply of free contraceptives for 2 reasons. 1. It encourages sexual promiscuity as they are currently free. 2. Complete subsidisation is inefficient. Some element of user pays should exist. |

| Message | The AAS cannot support. Also - free contraception doesn't promote promiscuity, at all... in our opinion. The promiscuity is going to happen anyway.... all free contraception does, is make the promiscuity less likely to spread disease or cause pregnancy. |

| Message | The AAS woud like to point out that the Likatonian people are making these choices everyday. All this legislation can do, is mean they make that choice WITHOUT the protection of contraception. It is human nature... many people will STILL choose to engage in promiscuous activities.... they will just be doing so at greater risk of diseases... and at greater risk of causing unwanted pregnancy. This legislation will lead to a DIRECT increase in number of abortions. |
