| Section 1. The National Defense Commission (NDC) is hereby created to organize and coorindate the defense of Zardic interests and territory. Section 2. The Commission will be headed by a Chairman who shall serve at the pleasure of the President and lead the NDC in its actions. The Commissioners will be appointed by the President and shall serve at the pleasure of the President. Section 3. The NDC shall consist of the following members: -Chairman of the National Defense Commission -Vice Chairman of the NDC -Defense Commissioner (Strategic Planning) -Defense Commissioner (Personnel Management) -Defense Commissioner (International Security Affairs) -Defense Commissioner (Intelligence and Analysis) -Defense Commissioner (Internal Security) -Defense Commissioner (Research and Development) -Defense Commissioner (Operational Planning) -Defense Commissioner (Civil Defense) -Defense Commissioner (Resources and Logestics) -Defense Commissioner (Information Dominance) -Defense Commissioner (Counter-Terrorism and Transnational Crime) -Defense Commissioner (Naval and Maritime Affairs) -Defense Commissioner (Air Defense and Dominance) -Defense Commissioner (Critical Infrastructure and Communications) -Defense Commissioner (Special Affairs) -Defense Commissioner (Ground Forces) Section 4. The National Cyber-Security Agency is hereby renamed as the Information Dominance Agency and its tasks are re-directed to signals intelligence collection and other forms of intelligence collection in the information field. |
