Baltusia forbid all Lodamun from setting foots in our nation, those come shall be insecpted and their good will be seized 2. With the exception of lodamese claiming to be refugee, Lodamese who lifes are treatned, these can establish themselves in a border town and contact the minister of foreign affairs, 3. If one fasly declare himself as refugee, all his fortune and goods shall siezed by the government 4. No Baltusian shall be permitted to enter Lodamun, 5. Baltusia may Consider the construction of a great wall separating the nations of Lodamun and Baltusia. The great wall will not prevent refugee from entering our nations, but the articles 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this law shall be valid 6. when Lodamun will cease its unfair treatment of Hosian, when they wuill consider Hosian as humans, the great wall of Baltusia shall be void. |
