Messageexactly, Article 1 has no business being proposed here, since if we vote that, we would not longer be in respecting on of the treaty we have signed.

MessageOOC : we yes, we are not forced to vote on bill, but parties should not be able to propose bill if they violate treaties the nations have signed, why do you engage youself to sign treaty if they do not bind your laws, treaty are supposed to bind the laws. and the only reason you can vote it is because of a bug that bind law according to less restrictive treaty. not the most restrictive. as if you sign multiple treaty, but you respect the most restrictive, you will respect all others.

MessageOOC: I'm glad the bug has made the Treaty useless. These kind of Treaties destroy gameplay and create dictatorships. People should be able to propose what they like when they like.

MessageSenor President,

we are in defence of the rights of animals and the right of animal are superior to capitalism, removing Whale of commercial purpose is highly immoral, what would you say, if aliens come to terra , then start removing humans for commercial purpose ? I am certain you would see them as pure evil, while in this case, we are the alines cruelly removing innocent whales and killing them for little to no purpose, this should be illegal.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
