| Official Name: EO-XI-184.1 President: Elena Sanders Date: January, 17 3727 ------------------------------------------------- By powers granted to President via the Executive Order Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=359058), I, President Elena Sanders do hereby enact the following Orders: Article I. - Creation of the Antares Program Commission I. A commission tasked with studying the possibility of a reusable low Terran orbital spacecraft II. This commission shall be known as the Neins Commission III. The commission shall be chaired by the Minister of Science and Technology Article II. - Legality I. This Order shall take effect immediately and shall be in effect for up to 2 years. II. According to the laws of this land, this Order does not require Parliamentary backing but may be overturned in a subsequent bill by a 2/3rds vote in the Parliament.
