I believe the fact of killing animals should defined and it should illegal, just like killing a man is illegal. this bill aim to stop cruel slaughter of poor animals. by the regulation.

1 Hunting will be allowed, just like some animals hunts other to feed themselves, hunting is legal, as long as we preserve the stock for the future.
2 Hunting any protected animals like the wolves is illegals,
3 Hunting endangered animals will be illegal
4 Killing animals for fun is illegal
5 Killing animals for commercial purpose is illegal.
6 Killing invading species is legal and necessary, as they will destroy our animals,
