Just so that the government knows whats going on and can stop any hate-campaign advertisement or such. For religions that keep everything nice and clean anyway, it wouldn't make any difference. This is just to stop those who don't. |

Old value:: Religions are permitted to freely promote and advertise themselves.
Current: Religious organizations are not permitted to actively promote themselves or advertise, however evangelism is permitted by individuals.
Proposed: Religions are required to obtain government approval before promoting themselves or advertising in any manner.
