| I think it unfair to cut it off after a certain amount of time. The people on this will be living terrible lives anyway and would be doing anything they could to get a job, to take it away from them would be disastrous for them if they haven't managed to get a job. |

Old value:: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certian period of time.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a reasonable, though not high, standard of living by the government.
Proposed: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.
