Message | Mr. Speaker, We are in support for this bill in general, though we will wait for our coalition partners to weigh in. This has been debated extensively and we as a party have always voted to move to a defensive policy regarding the use of these incredible weapons. XXXX Matthew Perry Minister for Defense |

Message | Mr. Speaker, It would be stupid to wait until we are attacked in such a way before retaliating. We should strike pre-emptively if we see the need. Why should we wait until one of our cities is hit with a nuclear missile or chemical weapon before we decide to retaliate with nuclear weaponry? Why should we wait until millions of our civilians have died before we decide to do anything? I prefer to prevent the death of our citizens, not wait until millions die before we take action. After millions of our citizens have died, nothing will bring them back. -- Gordon Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Judging by the replies from the various parties, the bill would pass if my count is correct. Nonetheless, the government is divided on this, so I will call a meeting with the governing parties to address it. We ask voting to be held off until October to give us time to formulate policies. XXX President Alex Nelson |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically |
