| Senor President ON the light of the dragon scandal, I am deeply ashamed to hear our military has such treatment for the animals, I wonder what kind of government would allow that, this bring shame on the minister of defence. And so, the assemblea should immediatly recognize the minister of defence as incompetent and ask for her resignation we propose to strip the military of the Dragon, which we found was 10 billion and give it to the minister of environment who will give it the zoos. that way, dragons will not be tools of wars and we need very specials habitat for them, this is going to be very costly. but I ask my party to do it.
