| Message | Nowadays almost all nations has the spot of Speaker of the House and I think that we should do the same. The Speaker of the House commands the Parliament and he should authorize(or not) a foreign party to speak. My proposal is: the two biggest parties run for elections and they should appoint a candidate, if they aren't disposed to run they can choose another party to go in their place. All the parties with seats can vote in a candidate and the candidate who accumulates most number of seats win election. Those elections should happen after legislative and presidential elections. What you think? |
