BILL OOC : this bill call for halt the treaty on the USSVR Because the laws of the USSVR reformed and genocide has been halted, Baltusia shall not restrain trade between its citizen and the citizen of the USSVR. Possession seized by the Baltusian government will be returned to Voronians Owners. Embargo on the USSVR will be void as long as this law is active.
