I complained on it few times ago, the law should be binded by the most restrictive treaty, but they are blinded by the most generous, and so, if you sign a treaty which allow all option on all policy, that nation would not be able to bind its law anymore unless it withdraw from the treaty. if can then sign a treaty banning private education as well as treaty banning public education... |
