| Message | what is the difference between that and the current rules, and if you look at what happen in Quebec and Canada, we in place a president of the assemble, responsable for giving the parol, as ell as for the security of the assemblee, such a post always come from government in order to prevent the opposition from being weaker. I don't see this as being a very usefull suggestion... |
