But my party believes that we should have a speaker of the house they they reference by madam. Speaker or Mr.Speaker.

Messagewhat is the difference between that and the current rules, and if you look at what happen in Quebec and Canada, we in place a president of the assemble, responsable for giving the parol, as ell as for the security of the assemblee, such a post always come from government in order to prevent the opposition from being weaker. I don't see this as being a very usefull suggestion...

MessageWell, I am from Quebec, and the speaker refer to a partisan post, not the president. alos in the US' the speaker is a partisan post with a lot of power. I'Ll will give a though and will vote tomorrow.
