| Message | Señor Presidente, We need compromise on this budget, this is how we will achieve it. We cut the environment & agriculture budget in half, because it is simply not needed. Environment compromise 3 field, protection of the environment (recycling is in that), Protection of the wildlife and Green energy Tourism get close to no money. tourism is set by cooperatives in Baltusia and so, it is private and collective Agriculture contain, food stamps, and mandatory biological farming we can't cut that and say it is not needed.
