Perciò lanciamo un ultimatum con le seguenti richieste: 1) Le dimissioni del Presidente della Repubblica 2) Le dimissioni del Gabinetto 3) Lo scioglimento del Parlamento 4) La formazione di un Comitato rivoluzionario per sorvegliare le questioni di Stato Se non sono soddisfatte le richieste del popolo, le conseguenze saranno gravi.
