Message | Mr. Speaker, This treaty has tied Rutania to a militaristic foreign policy for too long and we urge all parties to support our withdrawal. There is no reason that the Commonwealth need create nor use chemical and biological weaponry but as long as we are ratifiers to this outdated treaty it must be the law of the land.
