Bill: Reversal of Liberal Justice Reforms - 3734
Details
Submitted by[?]: Great National Republican Guard
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3734
Description[?]:
The liberal justice reforms did nothing good for our country. They have removed democracy from the justice system by separating Lodamun's democratically-run institutions from the courts and creating a bourgeois class of judges. The Presidium is democratically-elected by the people, and no President can be elected without majority support from the Presidium. The President and the Presidium are democratic institutions. Bourgeois lawyers are not democratic. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We do not wish to offend the President, but how exactly are you going to manage ALL judgements over 100 million people and maybe more then 100.000 juridical cases? Some very simpls, others immense complex. We had a good system, with experts on the field who could rule a just verdict in the most complicated cases. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, the President has informants and personnel to speak right in his name. When there is doubt, the President speaks right himself. Albert Dewitte Justice expert for LNC |

Message | Also, Mr. Speaker, The Office of the President is larger than the single person who serves as President. The President can devolve his power to another body. A court can still exist, but it won't be recognized as having its own power. The Supreme Court can remain in place as an advisory body to the President, with the actual decisions being left in the hands of the President. You can also see other proposals give the police the power to implement corrective measures on their own, without taking matters to the court. -- George Huddleson, GNRG Spokesman on Justice |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Then we ask our esteemed colleagues form the GNRG to work their proposal out in more debt and details. At this moment is this propsal rather vague and we can not support something vague. |
