| Since "All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option" and since there is a significant number of unemployed we state that any unemployed citizen is obliged to apply for the National Reserve. |

How can we be sure that a person is not fit to work, and thus unemployed, would be fit for military service? We will also have to train those u employed for vast amount of time, time that they could spend on searching for a decent job. And there is off coursealso the morality aspect, would they have the a high moral if they are being 'forced' in to this, for a much less pay. |
