Description[?]:
In the case of emergency, the government should be allowed to set a curfew, to protect the Hobrazian people. This responsibility should be given in the hands of the cabinet and should only be called if 50% + 1 member of cabinet vote in favour of setting a curfew. The Government shall then arrange the details concerning the curfew time and other details concerning the curfew. Remember this is only in case of emergency and shall not be used to implement curfew at any other time than when emergency arise. |
