This bill aims to provide a legislature that is more representative of the people with a bicameral legislature. One with 100 seats divided equally among the five provinces and then 435 seat branch with the representation being based upon population. OOC: The bicameral legislature is strictly for RP purposes and will have no effect on how the game is played. However, this bill will raise the legislature from 391 seats to 535 seats. |
