Description[?]:

Restoring the traditional Sekowan aristocratic system, as it was under the Kingdom of Sekowo. The Grand Miko shall have the right to grant titles of nobility; nobles (Deemyoo/Daimyō) shall be entirely subordinate to the Grand Miko and shall assist her in the governance of the nation. The Kaminchu (神人, "god people"), the Sekowan Kamist clergy, shall all be considered Daimyō.

The traditional Yukatchu (良人) class of Jienist scholar-bureaucrats shall be revived and be tasked with comprising the bureaucratic apparatus of Sacred Sekowo. Those wishing to join the Yukatchu class must study the Gao-Showa classics in Indrala and must pass official examinations. All members of the Yukatchu class shall receive a stipend from the government.

The aristocratic government shall be led by the Sessei (Sesshō), chosen by the Grand Miko from within the Yukatchu class.

Each Han shall also be governed by a Daimyō, who shall have the title of 藩王 (Han-ō/Han-woo).
