Description[?]:
Gicho-sama, Recent geopolitical developments, including the recent invasion and occupation of our Southern neighbours and fellow Kunihito in Sekowo by Indrala have put pressure on our defence forces. The anti-"Western" propaganda used by certain parties in the Sekowan conflict cannot be overlooked as a challenge to our Septembrist values of pluralism and peaceful multicultural coexistence. The protection of multicultural and pluralist societies in North Dovani has been a longstanding aim of the Crownlands' Foreign policy. We are serious about this land of two peoples, united and free, the shared sovereignty of our two nations under our two Crowns. To signal to all those who, out of opposition to that ideal, might possibly be moved to action against the Crownlands that it we hold it dear and mean to defend it, we now propose a new subsidy regulation to stimulate military innovation. In the next Diet, we will be proposing a raise in the defence budget to adjust for geopolitical developments. Torben Hiroyama, MdR (HDV - Budenlar) |
