Message | Madam Speaker, The security of our fellow citizen's is an affair of the state - not private businesses. If we allow paramilitaries keep existing it can become a serious problem for the security of our citizens. Lucas Hentze President Party Leader Radical Alliance |

Message | Madam Speaker, The RA Incorrectly assumes that militias are by necessity a company, this isn't necessarily the case as with militias here in Hutori they're generally private militias typically fund by the people and for the people. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=416534 Charles Carmichael Party Leader Federalist Party |

Message | Madam Speaker: Paramilitaries could neither be successful at waging war against a foreign nation, nor the Military of our own nation. However, they could pose a national security threat in the form of domestic terrorism. Therefore, we firmly demand that paramilitaries be prohibited. |

Message | Madam Speaker, The DSP is extremely ill informed, militias can have a significant impact on the outcome of a war not to mention the fact that there are laws in place to prevent domestic terrorism within Hutori. Charles Carmichael Party Leader Federalist Party OOC: Where American Minutemen ineffective? How about the French Resistance? Not mention the fact that it could provide a useful deterrent from invasion. As Commander Yamamoto said about an invasion of the U.S. " You cannot invade the mainland United States. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass." Having a well trained and well regulated militia could provide even further as a deterrent. |

Message | OOC: American minutemen where fighting British soldiers with muskets. Nowadays, it would likely be rifles and make shift bombs against Drones. See my point? |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
