| Message | Honoured members of the Noble Council of the Holy Luthori Empire. I speak, not as a member of the Hobrazian government (at this time) but as a concerned citizen and, should the Lord Hoba in His wisdom grant me, a soon to be member of the Hobratsuri Erovnuli Kreba. The attempted protectorate position of the Hobratsuri Respublika has been requested by the current government after a coup deposed the formally elected officialdom. It is for this reason, and it would appear, confusion reigning in this Noble of places, that I would request that this legislation be put on hold. Whilst I understand that any legislation passed by this honoured House would be passed without any requirement of acceptance from any other nation, I do request that, for now at least, this ratification be placed on hold until the internal issues which are plaguing my once great nation is resolved. The Holy Luthori Empire has long been friends with Hobrazia, and we hope that this friendship will continue long into the future, but for now, I request that this friendship stretch to the point that ratification of bills such as this which would have marked and longterm effects in both our nations be halted at least until agreement can be reached by a majority of Parties in both nations.
