Description[?]:
Child labour is an unfortunate stain on the honour of Malivia. It would be wrong and chaotic to ban this despicable practice all at once, rather the Government seeks a gradual phase out, beginning first with regulating child labour to a greater extent than adult labour. The Government propose to limit to four hours a day the maximum amount of time a child below the age of 16 (but above 12) can work. Children under the age of 12 cannot undertake any labour whatsoever. Shila Sandha Trade and Industry Minister |
