| 1. The Zardic Organization for Development Assistance (ZODA) is created to unite and coordinate the different foreign development assistance programs of Zardugal. 2. ZODA will be an independent government agency charged with helping nations develop and achieve democratic status. 3. The head of ZODA will be an Administrator who will be appointed by the President. 4. The organization of ZODA will be the following: Administrator -Deputy Administrator (Economic Development) -Deputy Administrator (Human Rights and Democratic Reform) -Deputy Adminsitrator (Food Security and Farming) -Deputy Administrator (Security Affairs) -Deputy Adminstrator (Political Development and Civic Engagement) -Deputy Administrator (Rural Development) -Deputy Adminstrator (Enviornmental Sustainability) -Deputy Administrator (Energy and Infrastructure) |
