Bill: Immunity Clause

Details

Submitted by[?]: Vorona Power Congress

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3745

Description[?]:

What a risky decision I suppose, seeing this is my first bill proposal and all and I am just talking about a simple diplomatic immunity clause, but I feel it is important to me... First of all for defense and order of my argument, if there is a civil case, then the diplomat must have the same rights as a citizen, he is in the host nation, acting under our authority. Second, To give him a bit of freedom from his own national agenda, we can still keep them exempt from criminal, which is flawed I feel, I prefer he has no diplomatic immunity, but the ambassador would need some protection. So furthermore, we would have the power if he murdered or committed a biased criminal act, to expel him from our nation. I feel as does my party, that this is fair in general. Thank you for reading and reviewing this small legislation..

Random fact: Particracy does not allow real-life brand names (eg. Coca Cola, McDonalds, Microsoft). However, in the case of military equipment brand names it is permitted to use simple number-letter combinations (eg. T-90 and F-22) borrowed from real life, and also simple generic names, like those of animals (eg. Leopard and Jaguar).
