| Herr Präsident, As we promised in our manifesto, we believe that a public broadcasting system for the education and information of our people - our broadcasting system can do so much more than making a profit for shareholders. We therefore propose a return to the pluralistic broadcasting system that has worked so well in the past, sponsoring non-profit cooperatives as well as a state news broadcaster for totally independent coverage.
