MessageHerr Präsident,

the current policy can hardly be interpreted as a blank check if looked upon objectively and not based on political prejudice. "Potential risks to public safety" shall not be loosely interpeted, and our courts have always been keeping a watchful eye on how this issue is being handled by the police.

MessageHerr Präsident,

The primary point of having a police is to prevent crimes from occurring. The current policy is, quite obviously, needed to prevent other violence, such as riots or street fights between extremist groups, or other criminal gangs.

Regina de Wyrch,
Generalsekretärin (SL)
