| An act to reform the national security apparatus of the government of Zardugal. *****TOP SECRET***** ****PRESIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE NATIONAL SECURITY DIRECTIVE 26589**** 1. By recommendation of the President's Commission on Intelligence and National Security the Federation will take the following actions to repair the gaps on the national security of our people and country. -Establishment of heavily classified intelligence collections outposts in Aloria which will report to the Zardic Security Officer at the Chancery in Aloria. The Government of Aloria will NOT be notified of their existence. -Increased funding and support for the Selucian national security forces and increased intelligence collection efforts in the Sea of Majatra from outposts there. -Placement of intelligence collection sites in Cildania along the same lines as Aloria. The resident Government shall NOT be notified. -Interception of diplomatic communications is authorized against the Majatran Union and the Majatran Security Cooperation Organization. Permanent Missions will NOT be notified. -Creation of paramilitary groups under control of the General Military Intelligence Office and the Federal Intelligence Agency to conduct covert actions abroad. -Tasking the Federal Intelligence Agency to increase human intelligence capabilities against Dorvik and related nations of Kafuristan and related groups. -Tasking the Zardic Communications Agency with the interception of all forms of relevant communications regarding Dorvish governmental and business communications. -Tasking of the Information Dominance Agency with undermining Dorvish cyber security. 2. The President's Commission shall oversee these operations and ensure proper control of them. A Presidential National Security Working Group is established of 3 members who will directly oversee the operations conducted in this executive order. 3. Another Presidential National Security Group is created to to oversee counter intelligence and counter terrorism operations to prevent infiltration of Dorvish and Kafuri operatives into the Zardic national security system. 4. The Federal Intelligence Agency is authorized to target Dorvish persons of interest for direct intelligence collection and other forms of appropriate action to ensure Zardic national security. |
