Message | We recognize that ending software patent might be too radical so we're willing to let it go. Article 1, however, seems reasonable. It would facilitate greater freedom in sharing information, but it would still give creators some control over copying and thus for a limited but reasonable time they would have power over their invention. It should also give people more freedom to honestly criticize or comment on original works without the creator having to allow them. |
