| From the passing of this bill the Second Hobrazian Imperium will, once again, acknowledge its historical roots by accepting the affirmation that Hobaism is the one true religion with which to find everlasting enlightenment through the teachings of the One True Voice, Alan be Praised. However, it will be accepted that income generated by any religion is little different to that generated by any other entity within the Imperium and shall, as such, be placed under the same stipulations as any other group within the Imperium. Within this requirement there will be a clause allowing for the non-taxable nature of charitable donations and the will of the individual to have provided said money to further the cause of good. As this money will have already been taxed via Income Tax, National Insurance, etc. it will be accepted that this money will not be covered by taxation law and will be allowed to be used in its entirety without Government interference. |
