| The following bill increases funding for the military so that it can more easily deal with the insurgent threat. Regardless of the passing of this bill the President has authorized the recall of all military forces located abroad and the mobilization of the Hutorian Military in the domestic theater to counter the "Black Thousands" insurgent threat. All troops will be deployed as soon as possible with the Hutorian 212th Special Operations Division taking the lead. |
