To make a fair ruling so that the popular get represented in the Cabinet. WHY? In the Democratic Society the Prime Minister is given to the Largest Party, the Prime Minister chooses the Cabinet. So to be a Democratic Society we must allow the largest parties to launch a Cabinet Proposal. |
