MessageThe DWP is proposing this Cabinet to include a broad coalition that includes an entire 70% of the members of the National Assembly. The Union Socialista retains its minister position in the Foreign Ministry and all seats are allocated proportionally.

MessageAnd this is the better solution to our proposal? It's very democratic to leave both the second biggest and the oldest party in the country out of the government. And it's a shame other parties agree with such proposal, which leaves me wondering what's behind all of this. Since you've gotten the majority of votes, there's nothing we can do but to be shocked and sad.

Message"This proposal is a better solution than the one made by the President because it has been suggested from within parliament, it makes a clear distinction between a parliamentary government majority and a parliamentary opposition, and the distribution of cabinet positions is proportional to the parliamentary strengths of those parties that are part of this proposal. That is why the UDT has decided to support this proposal, despite not being included in it."

MessageUnbelievable. Very well then, if that's what the majority stands for, there isn't much PPL can do, right? So be it.
