Submitted by[?]: Forward Party of Dolgaria
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 3754
Description[?]:
This bill changes the government's stances with regards to health and economics. I: Eminent domain is necessary to create important infrastructure such as highways, hospitals, fire stations, etc in accessible locations. There are already laws in place that allow the private owner to name their buyout price. II: Gambling regulation is required to protect the player's assets and prevent children from playing, however this is not a matter of federal importance. III: This introduces the Dolgarian Health System which is a publicly funded health insurance system. This is a voluntary program and private healthcare is still allowed. IV: The government will act as an investor if a crucial industry is failing. This will prevent massive economic failures caused by large companies/industries going bankrupt. V: The federal government is now offering - alongside private systems - a public pension system to allow greater security with one's earnings, but has made all pensions voluntary for workers. VI: Tobacco is now regulated to ensure that tobacco is not sold with malicious ingredients, or to children. |
