Section I (I) The Prime Minister may create a Cabinet Committee to decide on and develop Government policies in specific areas. (II) The Prime Minister has authority over the structure, duties, membership and duration of a Cabinet Committee. (III) Each member has to be a member of the Cabinet of Beiteynu. (IV) Each Cabinet Committee shall be led by a Chairperson. (V) The Prime Minister may allow the attendance of non-ministers or lower ranked (non Cabinet) Ministers to sessions of a Cabinet Committee. (VI) Committee minutes and papers shall be treated the same as Cabinet papers, with the same secrecy rules. Documents are available on to the Cabinet Committee's members and the Prime Minister. |
