Bill: Enviromental Law Reform
Details
Submitted by[?]: Conservative Realism Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 3759
Description[?]:
We need reform on the followong envromental bills. Article 1: Our party believes in the localization of some powers to give the local governments some rights and to save the national government money. Leaving recycling to the local governments is a great way to do this. Article 2: Animals should be allowed to be killed. You're telling me that abortion is legal, but killing animals (even for food) is illegal? That's completely bogus! What's next, throwing a bear in jail for hunting a fish? Have we turned into far-left, vegetarian, pansies? Give me a break!! |

Message | Current laws ban the killing of animals for sport or fun. Killing animals for food is regulated by farming laws. Local governments are highly inefficient, and with a population of less than 100m people adding further layers of bureaucracy adds more cost, not less. Moreover, currently there are laws defining regulation on waste and recycling. Changing laws to a local level increases inefficiency and confusion as to the laws of the country and, as such, such be avoided. |

Message | Hunting should be permitted in order to keep populations of animals from becoming too high. This will keep the animals from starving(a brutal death). |

Message | Wow. We can kill children, but no, don't hurt the poor deer! That would be a crime! Ridiculous... |
