From the passing of this bill, and henceforth, shall it be placed into the legislature of the Hobrazian State that individual employees may collectively and individually bargain for rights with their employers. Where it is agreed by those within a Union, and by those who wish to affect change to the rights of themselves, Union representation may be allowed to represent either an individual or group in the negotiation of such rights with an employer. All other rights, rules and regulations governing the operation of Unions and individuals, and their ability to affect change, are unchanged by the passing of this Act and will continue to be represented in the legislation of the Hobrazian State by those other Laws so far enacted. |
