| We should keep track of our civilian's to better serve them. This includes a more thorough register of our citizens to keep track of our countries Social Statistics. As well, DNA records will mean that we do not have unknown persons committing crime, we will have larger control over crime scenes. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, The reason for the CMA's refusal to comply with registration of their religion is simple. When national records show that the number of Hosians is extremely low, they can claim that it is because Hosians are not registering. In truth, the numbers will be low because the Hosians are a tiny minority. The CMA knows that if everyone's religion is recorded, Hosians will not account for much of the population.
