Bill: Income tax proposal of February 2166

Details

Submitted by[?]: Telamon Social Democratic Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 2166

Description[?]:

The Telamon Social Democratic Party propose to adjust the government's income tax policy to better address the economic situation of the Telamon Commonwealth.

This the TSDP believes to require lowering the taxes for those with a lower income. The lowering of taxes has been partially balanced by a moderate raise on the taxes of the wealthy (still keeping their overall level of taxation rather low).
