Details

Submitted by[?]: Evil Pro-Life Communist Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 3762

Description[?]:

now that we have two parties, time to agree on the cultural protocol.

Geography and Climate:
Malivia is in a tropical region on the southern end of the continent Artania. Aside from the mountains and highlands of the country’s interior (Walkunia), most of the country is low-lying coastal jungle. Eighty percent of Malivia’s population lives in these coastal regions. Malivia is bordered to the north by Darnussia and Hobrazia.

History:
Malivia was first formally organized through colonial efforts of Dundorf. Consequently, the country has a substantial minority of people who are of Dundorfian ancestry. Throughout the years, Malivia has gone through multiple cycles of dynastic families, replaced by anti-monarchist republics, only to see new dynastic families rise. After a complete takeover by Communist elements in 3576, rightist groups in Malivia, including the Dundorfian minority and various religious groups, banded together to drive the Communists from power and restore the monarchy. The Dundorfian Gottbergen family has ruled Malivia since 3582 (118 years), and the current monarch is Christian III.
Hoverer, due to corruption scandal and bad plannification from the royal famillies, as well as massive immigration from Baltusia, due to the expulsion of the communist there, Malivia is now ruled by a Royal Communist family, as the outcome is a great negociation, was the creation of a new royalty, but the acceptance of communism.

People:
The Malivian people are based not based on any real nation nations, they speak Fauzjhiau, since the invented language was created and imposed to the population to clam down social tension due to immigration. because of lack of power. Fauzjhiau was imposed to the nation by Marnady Evil.
The processus is not done yet.

Economy:
GDP : 554,897,292,437 MCR

Census of 3757
Population: 99,780,755

Census of 3750
Population: 99,475,917
Race:
Malivians: 53.4%
Mixed (Dundorfian/Malivian): 16.4%
Dundorfians: 10.6%
Baltusians : 8 %
Alorians: 4.0%7
Hobrazians: 2.9%
Luthorians: 2.5%
Other: 2.2%
Notes: The racial makeup of Maliva remains fairly stable; government policies have traditionally encouraged Dundorfian immigration, which has led to the rise of a relatively large Dundorfian minority. Since the 3740s and 50s, however, the administration has moderated its support for immigration, leading to a slight decline in first-generation immigrant numbers from Dundorf.

Language: National Language is the Fauzjhiau, Malivian and Dundorfian are still considered as official languages... but the government hope Fauzjhiau to become the national language in real life. the government has also made clear that Malivian and Dundorfian will keep their place as official language. Luthorian recognized as a minority language
Malivian: 46,96%
Dundorfian: 20,06%
Luthorian: 14,3%
Spanish : 8,54 %
Turjak: 3.15%
Other: 2,16%
Fauzjhiau = 5% Natives, mainly in cities, it is reaching a very high level in Kolina (Fauzjhia) due to aventageous conditions,

Fauzjhiau is a fictionnal language imposed by Marnady Evil upon his taking of the power, to calm down social tension, it is based on Canrillaise, but more then that.
Fauzjhiau is always written by sound and all word follow their sound to the letter.
Vocals are a, e, i and u. and they read as follow. a=a, e=e, ai or er = ai, ei, è ais=ei, u=u, ui=ui, o=au, ou=uu, i=i, eu=eu,
Conson are b,j,f,l,n,r,c,s and h, they are read as follow. b=b, d=bh, f=f, p=fh, n=n, m=nh, l=l, t=lh, j=j, g=jh, c=s, k/q=c, ch=ch, z=sh, r=r, v=rh, h=hh
h alone is always used to define the sens of other letter, HH is prononced as la Jota esponal or as the h of Hospital.
Specials letters exist, such as Z and X, X is the plurial, and z is symbolical, never pronunced, often present in the name of cities and important places. ii always take priority, over any other formation of letters.

So, in fauzjhiau, Marnady Evil is read Nharnazbhi Erhil, While Fauzjhiau is based on French, Fauzjhiau is not french, it is not only traduction and rewritting, there are some words in Fauzjhiau that do not exist in french, such as Erhil...

Religion
Geraja (Hinduism): 34.0%
Evangelical Luthoran Church of Malivia (Evangelical Lutheran Christianity): 21 %
Aurorian Patriarchal Church (Roman Catholicism): 12.6%
Other Hosian (Charismatic/Pentecostal Christian): 8.7%
Ahmadism (Islam): 6,2 %
None: 11 %
Other: 3.5%

A surprise for the government, more decrease for the Geraja faith, but also for the main hosian church...

Conclusion of the study
The government will keep the imposition of the Fauzjhiau as the national language,
The government will have mandatory class in Fauzjhiau for everyone,
The government will traduce all schools in Fauzjhiau
the government will give semi-mandotary class in other language to make sure parent have right to talk about their children education
the government will enforce the right of all malivian to speak in Fauzjhiau at place of work at all time.
The government will strongely rewards Fauzjhiau users.
the government will adopt a politics of state neutrality of religion, as the Geraja Faith is declining but overall so is religion.
the government wil continue to criminalize masculinists are they a threat to the equality between male and females.

MessageFor the census of 3750 to show only 34% Geraja when the census of 3610 showed over 72% shows only one thing - a systematic campaign of ethnic cleansing that has been waged for over a hundred years. Many have been killed or driven out of the nation, and the GJP continues to demand right-of-return for its vast refugee diaspora. Furthermore we believe governments have deliberately distorted census figures to play down Geraja presence, and understand that Geraja followers, who are as faithful as ever, are forced to officially disown their religion and practice in secret. Therefore the GJP will not back this proposal.

Messagewhat the Geraja Janata Parishad say is untrue, while the census of 3610 sa some thing, things change and there was many civil wars, many ethnic clashes, the current government has nothing to do with the civil war of the past,

we approuve the right for former Malivian to return to Malivia just anyone else has the right to immigrate back to their country,

Geraja did not pratice their religion, the Gerajan shuld do a conscience exam and ask why their faith is declaining, certainly that the support for slavery is a reason, slavery has no place in the modern world.

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification; one day right there in Alabama, little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers." - Martin Luther King Jr.
