Bill: Economic Reform Proposal

Details

Submitted by[?]: Geraja Janata Parishad

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3762

Description[?]:

For too long the country has been ran for the elite. We propose that the Sales Tax on luxury goods be raised from 0% to 50%; that Corporation Tax be raised from 0% to 45% and that local government decides on foreign investment. Only this way can we protect the country from a foreign-backed oligopoly and raise the funds needed to lift our people out of poverty.
