Message | There are plenty of kids! if you want a free Rutanian refugee, just jingle a bell on out your door near to mealtime... they come running! The only thing this govt. regulation does is keep charitable businessmen like myself from putting those children to work! We make sure they are fed, well rested, and properly educated. Its no wonder that the Peoples youth stand stronger than most men! Its those calisthenics tournaments paying off in the end! |

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context. |
Random quote: "Many forms of Government have been tried, and will be tried in this world of sin and woe. No one pretends that democracy is perfect or all-wise. Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." - Winston Churchill |
