For too long Malivia has been dominated by foreign criminals coming here and undermining the very nature of this ancient land. It must stop. As an immediate step we would like foreign diplomats to be open to civil suits, and for ministers to have the power of veto over foreign criminal embassies. |

Old value:: The Government grants full diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are protected from arrests and prosecution from all laws and are protected from civil lawsuits, but may be expelled.

Proposed: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.
