| ARTICLE I - CONSTRUCTION 1. The Democratic Republic of Solentia shall fund and CONSTRUCT the Halion-Amriyah Highway beginning at its capital in Halion, Orame, and shall proceed through the state of Nukeya until it shall reach the border of Mossavi. 2. The Highway shall consist of four lanes to either side of a 50' median to be lined with a single lane of the host country's national tree. Either side of the Highway shall also be lined with a single lane of the host countries national tree. The host nations shall build and construct rest areas and tourist centers as they deem fit. 3. The Democratic Republic of Solentia shall fund and construct the Halion-Romula Highway beginning at its capital in Halion, Orame, and shall proceed along its eastern COAST on the Sea of Lost Souls (Map: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Time_Zone_Map_of_Terra?file=Terra_Grid.png), through the state of Shinatawa until it shall reach the border of Trivendito |
