Mr Speaker we believe most abortion are unnecessary and that we should pormote population, we should reward people for having children and not encourage abortion. not only abortion is killing unborn child, but it is dangerous for women, on the side note, we can provide funding for all abortion. and medical emergencies can include both mental and physical emergeancies, such as when there was a rape, there is a mental medical emergency Cathy Darklight |
