| Article 1: This act shall constitute and create the Nacia Plezuro Korporacio (National Pleasure Corporation), also branded as Napleko, to have exclusive rights over the sale of sex work. Article 2: The Nacia Plezuro Korporacio shall ensure high standards in the regulation of its sex workers ensuring safety and health standards to protect both workers and clients. Article 3: The Nacia Plezuro Korporacio shall establish places of business across the country, where demanded, to conduct business in. The Nacia Plezuro Korporacio shall hire and hold men, women, transgendered, intersex and alternative gendered peoples as employees by demand. Article 4: The revenue of the Nacia Plezuro Korporacio shall be transferred as required to aid the national governments revenue. Article 5: Prostitution as a profession shall be legalized and those who earn their income off the avails of prostitution shall have their income taxed. |
