Unregulated advertising is detrimental to both consumers AND legitimate businesses. This act will establish minimum standards of advertising to ensure the product or service being sold is accurately reflected by the advertising.

MessageMy problem is I feel like this law is allowing to much leeway on standards etc to be enacted for advertising, another way of more red tape.
